PSCI 3217-01: Latin American Politics
In Fall 2019 I co-taught an undergraduate course in Latin American Politics. This course covers a variety of topics about the development and challenges faced to Latin American democracies over the past thirty-five years including the dual economic and political transitions towards liberalized economies and democracies, populism, and authoritarian leadership from the left and right.
PSCI 3219-01: La Política en América Latina
In Fall 2019 I co-taught an undergraduate section added to PSCI 3217-01. Topics discussed in class encompassed a variety of topics, ranging from colonial legacies in modern-day economic and political development to the rise of Evangelicals, touching on several contemporary challenges in Latin America.
